Air conveyors

Dimark is a progressive company whose main field of activity is designing and constructing the internal transport systems and conveyors in automatic and semiautomatic lines.

One of our speciality is designing and manufacturing air conveyors, adopted for PET bottles transport in blowing and filling lines.

Characteristic features of our conveyors:

- Conveyor’s construction is made of 3mm thick acid-resistant steel, which assures its stiffness and stability;

- Materials with certificates for food industry;

- World rank materials adjusted to the highest standards;

- Smooth regulation of gauge’s width and height of bands on which products are moving. It enables to transport bottles of wide range of diameter. The maximum width of product on one-lane conveyor is 102mm. It also allows convey bottles with wide neck, “big sip” type;

- Supports for height regulation of conveyors in a scope +- 50 mm;

- Project and execution in compliance with European quality and safety norms.

ABFS System ( Automatic Bottles Flow System) controls air gust power from a fan. A throttle which controls air gust power is closed during standard work of air conveyors. If bottles are full on a filling machine or when a machine is damaged and there is a need to its restart, “the wall” of bottles appears in the front of a machine. After 3 sec. of stop, sensors placed in each of a fan activate the work of servo-motors of ABSF system. It causes the change of throttle’s position and also bigger air gust from the fan and start of bottles’ move on the conveyor.

Types of ABFS system used by Dimark:

a) controlling of fan’s work by rollers,
b) with pneumatic servo-motor
c) hand controlled

Radial Fans (2,2 kW) used in conveyors are made of steel. Additionally every fan is equipped with a cascade filter made from polyester fibers, which ensure efficiency of dust filtering at 93%.

Cable channels (mesh or complete) can be placed on conveyors or on special holders under conveyors, depending on Customer’s needs.

The bottle’s steering is necessary to control bottle streams which are moving on pneumatic conveyors. It is used to match two lines of air conveyors into one line or to divide one line out into two lines of air conveyors. It changes the track of moving bottles by the mobile element which has tongue shape. This mobile element can rotate around the axis. Thanks to this the switch-over is made between the ingoing slides and common outgoing of steering. The control of element which is switching the truck of bottle stream on the pneumatic conveyors is made by the pneumatic servo-motor with proper bound. It can work only in two extreme positions. To the outgoing of the steering the bottle streams can be directed changeable from ingoing track no 1 or 2.

Using ejection device ensures air gust if any machine in a line is damaged or/ and air conveyors are overflown with bottles.
