Dimark is a progressive company whose main field of activity is designing and constructing the internal transport systems and conveyors in the automatic and semiautomatic lines.
As a sole polish manufacturer and supplier of air port conveyors, we offer the highest quality and complex solutions for Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) for airports.
Our conveyors are designed to convey different types of baggage, including:
- suitcase;
- carpetbag;
- package;
- box;
- rucksack (all clamps and welts must be pulled tight).

Characteristic features of our conveyors:
- Complete integration of airport conveyors with baggage scanning equipment;
- Construction of airport conveyors ensures the lowest level of noise for motors, conveyor belts and rollers;
- Unique solutions dedicated particularly for airports, including;
1. Dimark Easy Loading (DEL)- solution which facilitates baggage loading on scale conveyors;
2. Dimark Protect System (DPS)- solution which protects baggage and belt against damage;
3. Dimark transport Cuvet System- solution which enables hand luggage conveying, used at check- in stands.
4. Fast assembly and disassembly system- solution which limits to necessary minimum time required for all operation connected with a possible exchange of exploitative components, such as shafts, rollers or belts and/ or technical service.It is especially important for airports as they cannot let long idle time in work of particular parts of baggage handling system happen. The solution eliminates the problem and improves service work.
Estimated time of exchange are as follows:
a) shaft: 30 minutes;
b) supprot roller: 5 minutes;
c) motodrive: 40 minutes;
d) belt: 60 minutes,
- System of baggage overthrowing;
- Special conveyors joints which enables smooth baggage handling at the points of junction;
- Additional rotating components ( such as rollers) at the points of conveying direction change and / or belts arrangements at a right angle, which protects against baggage clamping;
- Photocells mounting in a way which unable to damage conveying baggage;
- Conveyors are made from black steel painted by powder paint or from stainless steel depending on customer’s requirements.

Dimark Air Pro steering system
Dimark Air Pro steering system enables to integrate baggage handling line with scanning devices of any trademark and all others which compound the system. In order to improve steering process it is equipped with the following functions:
1. Touch screen with full visualization of a process;
2. Transparent, graphic interface;
3. Statistic of system's work;
4. 'Emergency stop' safety system along the whole line;
5. Remote access to a PLC driver which enables a constant monitoring of a system's work and possible breakdowns from any place via a PC computer.
The conveyors are controlled by PLC which is placed on the control cabinet.
PLC’s program is responsible for a proper functionality of the whole baggage transport system. Emergency push-buttons together with light signals are placed alongside all system and on a doors of a control cabinet. If one of these buttons is put on immediately light and sound signals are switched on and the emergency system stops. In case of a restart of the system, the emergency button must be unblocked and the system must start- up again.
Dimark Air Pro System is additionally equipped with:
- emegency supply system which protects against a short- lasting voltage loss;
- automatic turning- off the system in case there is no baggage on belts, which results in measurable enerfy savings.
