Chemical liquids transporting and processing systems

Dimark is a progressive company whose main field of activity is designing and constructing the internal transport systems and conveyors in the automatic and semiautomatic lines.

In our offer there are transporting and processing systems for chemical liquids.

Cycle of work:

Solvent from hazardous components drums are transfered to a processing tank through suking- in nozzles and piping by means of membrane pumps.

All executive elements such as pumps or valves are controlled by compressed air due to the presence of danger zones of explosion.

Dry materials such as resin, silica etc, are poured via chamber feeders from a processing tank into a buffering tank. Nitrogen under a pressure of 0,5 till 1 BAR is feeded into a processing tank in order to eliminate danger zones of explosion. Pressure surplus ( solvents’ and nitrogen’s vapours) is transferred by a discharge valve to a system with a fan, from where vapours are sent to a burning system.

A discharge valve is set at a constant surpressure and constantly transfers vapours otside.

An inspection hatch cover is protected by an overlap, which is connected to a vapours transferring system.

A processing tank is equipped with a coat cooling system. Temperature sensors transfer an information to a controlling system which puts in or off a cooling water flow.

There is a mixing blade in a processing tank, which blend all components feeded into a tank so as to receive a proper products’ consistency. After receiving a proper product in a processing tank, a product is transferred to a receiving tank through a membrane pump and a filter. A mixing blade in a receiving tank does not let a product solidify.

A product is transferred to by means of a gear pump from a receiving tank to a processing line.

A transferring piping is equipped with pressure sensors, a filter and valves. Product surplus in a processing line may be send back to a receiving tank by a membrane pump. A product is transferred to a receiving tank by a lateral piping in case of filter’s blockin up on a transferring piping.

The whole system may be cleaned by a solvent.

A solvent is transferred by means of a rotary pump and pi ping, from an additional hazardous components’ drum to a system show on a schema and then futher to receiving tanks of a rinsing installation.
