Pneumatic transport of dry materials

Optimal technology

Dimark is a progressive company whose main field of activity is designing and constructing the internal transport systems and conveyors in the automatic and semiautomatic lines.

In our offer there are pneumatic transport systems for dry materials.

Cycle of work:

Conveyed air feeding source is air blowers or diesel fans, located usually in separate rooms, where air dries are applied in order not to let conveyed materials form in lomps due to dumpening.

Dry materials from storage tanks are dosed to piping system by a rotary van feeder. Air urge blows away dry materials and conveys them to receiving tanks through a cyclone, where dry materials are separated from conveying air. Air from cyclone is drawn by a fan through duster and thrown away to the atmosphere. Dust is kept by cartridge filters.

Cyclical cartridge filters are shaker off by gusts of compressed air. Dust falls down to a tank in a duster, from where it is every now and again removed by an operator.

Dry materials from a cyclone are transferred to a receiving tank by gravity. Then dry materials are feeded into machines and devices that transform them into final products by a rotary van feeder and worm conveyor.

Selected system’s parts:

Conveying air falls down with dry materials by an infeed connection to a cyclone. Dry materials spirally fall to an outfeed connetion by gravity. Air by an outfeed connection in an upper part of a cyclone is sucked to a duster by fans.

Dusted air falls into a duster through an infeed connection. Cartridge inputs filter dust and pure air is drawn from a duster by a fan and thrown away. There is a tank with compressed air mounted on a duster. Electromagnetic valves periodically open themselves and compressed air shakes off dust from cartridges to a tank for dust, that i s placed in a lower part of a duster. An operator every now and againg removes a tank for dust and cleans it up. Cartridge inputs every a few months need to be dismantled through a hatch cover, cleaned up and mantled again.
