Labellers

Dimark is a progressive company whose main field of activity is designing and constructing the internal transport systems and conveyors in the automatic and semiautomatic lines.

While realizing turn key projects, Dimark offers the following labeling machines:

Automatic and semiautomatic labellers for:
- empty bottles;
- cans;
- square or rectangular metal containers;
- PCV containers;
- carton boxes.

Types of our labellers:

- for adhesive labels

Rotary or linear labellers for application of adhesive labels.
High construction flexibility allows to adopt labelers to any container or label.
Depending on the model, they apply up to 6 labels on the same container.
Labellers are equipped with PLC drive which controls labeling unit and head height. They operate up to 50 programs for diverse labels.
They use hot or cold glue for labeling.

Efficiency account for 6 00 up to 10 000 bph, depending on the model.

- for hot glue labels

Rotary labelers for application of wrap- around labels by using hot glue.
Application: paper of plastic precut labels.

Gluing unit is equipped with tank with glue kept under proper temperature.
The glue heating system start-up is timed on weekly, depending on the production needs.
Labellers are adopted to be additionally equipped with adhesive or cold glue labeling units. If the label has a devise for temporarily switching off labeling units, they all may work simultaneously or separately

Efficiency account for 6 000 up to 72 000 bph, depending on the model.

- for cold glue labels;

Rotary Or linear labellers for front and contra ( back) cold glue labels, as well as ‘L’ and ‘U’ shaped labels ( for excise purpose) or labels used for disposable containers.
They apply up to 6 labels on the same container.
Moving parts of the machine do not demand manual lubrication.
Labellers are adopted to be additionally equipped with adhesive or hot glue labeling units.

Efficiency account for 200 up to 1 200 bph, depending on the model..

- roll fed labels;

Rotary or linear labelers for wrap around labels, made of diverse compounds: polyesters, polypropylene, polyethylene and others. Labellers are equipped with double roll rest and automatic web aligning, according to the labels dimensions.Labellers may have Automatic web splicer at web end with the new reel ready.

Efficiency account for 6 000 up to 24 000 bph, depending on the model.

- modular labels

Modular labelers use from3 up to 5 labeling groups: cold glue, precut hot glue, hot melt and adhesive. Labellers are easy adopted to the market needs and may be integrated to the existing lines.
