Types of robots offered by our company for palletizing process:


FD50N robot

- load capacity from 3 to 60 kg

- adopted to palletise small and medium products;

- compact dimensions allow to save production space;

- robots may be mounted on a floor, ceiling and optionally in a wall;

- efficiency up to 2400 cycles/ hour;

- easy installation and start up due to integrated electrical and pneumatic steering;

- able to operate a few production lines;

- high flexibility for scope, load capacity and speed change.

Characteristic features:

• Shortened time of an operation cycle due to an application of drivers of high power and effective transmissions;

• Ideal to work in small rooms thanks to a small base and a slender construction;

• Diverse arms to be chosen, depending on their scope and load capacity.


ZD130/250 robot

- load capacity above 100 kg;

- a complete rotation 360° around the first axe;

- robot’s arms have IP65, while its carpus- IP67;

- easy installation and start up due to integrated electrical and pneumatic steering;

- a possibility to mount it on a shelf or on a floor.

Characteristic features:

• Shortened time of an operation cycle due to an application of drivers of high power and effective transmissions;

• Vast operations space due to a big scope and small ‘dead’ zones;

• Resistant mechanism allowing to work in contaminated environment (arm - IP65, carpus - IP67).

MD400N robot

- robots of the prime rang with six axes;

- adopted to palletise very big loads, assuring at the same time high efficiency and scope;

- load capaity 400 kg;

- compact arm construction;

Characteristic features:

• Compact construction, a small base and no counterweight;

• Carpus with a high mechanical torque, enabling to operate with full load capacity.
