Depalletiser

Dimark is a progressive company whose main field of activity is designing and constructing the internal transport systems and conveyors in the automatic and semiautomatic lines.

There are in our offer depalletisers designed to pick up, push or lift a complete layers of products, such as:
- glass and PET bottles;
- cans,
- cartons;
- other containers of different size and shape.

Characteristic features of our depalletisers:

- an automatic pallet infeed system, enable to load up to three full pallets;

- an automatic infeed layers’ blocking system while their moving;

- adjustable discharge height, which enables the machine to depalletise at every height ranging between the minimum and maximum pallet loading level, thanks to which it can be easily fitted to different production lines;

- an easy and simple product change operation by selecting the height of the new product to be depalletised from the control board without having to stop the machine;

- the automatic layerpad removal unit, which can be positioned both on the left and on the right side and also in front of the machine, assuring in this way a high level of flexibility;

- an easy way to infeed full pallets with a fork lift;

- easy method of operating through a control panel.

In optional versions are available:

- automatic pallet infeed;

- empty pallet magazine;

- layerpad removal device with magazine;

- supervision and teleassistance via modem
