Pallets wrappers

Dimark is a progressive company whose main field of activity is designing and constructing the internal transport systems and conveyors in the automatic and semiautomatic lines.

There are automatic pallet stretch wrappers in Dimark’s offer.

Two kinds of wrapping machines are available:

Automatic stretch wrapper with turn table

- efficiency: 30/40 pallets/h, depending on the pallet height, the number of wraps and the infeed conveyor speed

Way of working

The pallet is wrapped while rotating on the turn-table with roller conveyor

Their advantages:

- Stable and compact packages of differnt kinds, palletised by multilayer film;

- Possibility to adopt wrapping machine to existing lines.

Our wrappers are composed of:

- PLC: SIEMENS;

- Machine body made of painted steel;

- Turn-table with power roller conveyor;

- Wrapping unit equipped with stretching roller by electromagnetic braking (or power pre-stretch – option);

- Automatic cutting unit, equipped with a cutting film element and a sleeking brush to obtain a perfect end film;

- Gripper unit for the automatic film hooking;

- Net guards,;

- Operator entry door with safety limit-switch;

- Control panel placed behind the machine body.

AUTOMATIC PALLET STRETCH WRAPPER - WITH ROTATING ARM

- efficiency: 40/60 pallets/h, depending on the pallet height, the number of wraps and the infeed conveyor speed

Way of working:

The film-roll dispenser is placed on the rotating arm which carries out the wrapping cycle while the pallet lies on the conveyor.

Their advantages:

- Stable and compact packages of differnt kinds, palletised by multilayer film;

- Possibility to adopt wrapping machine to existing lines, even with high efficiency;

- Also adopted to light and unstable products..

Our wrappers are composed of:

- PLC: SIEMENS

- Machine body made of painted steel;

- Wrapping Unit equipped with Automatic Power Pre-stretch;

- Automatic cutting and hooking unit with film cut Sealing at the end of the wrapping;

- Net fence guards 2200 mm. high;

- Operator entry door with safety limit-switch;

- Double check photocells at the pallet entry and exit;

- Electrical control board.
