Palletisers

Dimark is a progressive company whose main field of activity is designing and constructing the internal transport systems and conveyors in the automatic and semiautomatic lines.

Presently we offer DM1 palletiser of our production, adopted fro auomatic palletizing of shrink packs and cartons, of efficiency 2500 packs/h.

Our company offers machines for automatic palletizing for:

- shrink packs;

- cartons;

- bags;

- other containers.

Types of palletisers available In our offer:

- paletyzatory dolnego załadunku;
- paletyzatory górnego załadunku.

- low- level- with a stationary pallet station, where the pallet stands still in the pallet loading area while the bags are first directed, grouped by complete layers and then set down onto the pallet according to programme; the layer is transferred by means of a mobile transfer plate, telescopic mechanism or roller table; moreover the palletiser can be fitted with a shuttle car system in the layer unloading area with two or more stations to allow different products to be palletised simultaneously on separate pallets;

- high- level- with a height-adjustable pallet station, where layers are palletize, depending on a model, by roller table or elevating belt.

Characteristic features of our palletisers:

- possibility to supply with one or more product infeeds, high or low level infeed, in addition to being able to be adapted for non standard pallets from 800x600 to 1100x1350 mm;

- possibility to use the palletiser for multi-lane infeed of different size products with different pallet patterns and even place them on different pallets at the same time;

- thanks to the "basket" trolley a fast clearance of the pallet loading area is achieved, allowing other operations to be carried out quickly, in addition the integrated management of the movement of the devices at variable speed ensures a brief and smooth work cycle;

- fast format change directly on the operator control panel without the need for manual adjustments;

- minimum of maintenance needs;

- fast investment return as on the one hand automatic palletising process increases the efficiency of a production line, on the other, it allows to reduce expenses for labour and safety.

Optionally are available:

- shuttle car system for transport of completed pallets;

- supervision and teleassistance via modem;

- high-level infeed;

- empty pallet magazine with manual or automatic adjustment.
