Filling machines

Dimark is a progressive company whose main field of activity is designing and constructing the internal transport systems and conveyors in the automatic and semiautomatic lines.

In our offer, there are machines for rinsing, filling and capping:

- Glass bottles;

- PET bottles.

Characteristic features of our filling machines:

The construction, alike every element in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel and other parts in contact with the products are in food stuff material.

With this system the concept of bottles introduction in the machine and their transfer inside has been completely modified. The bottles therefore run always suspended by the neck ring from their inlet till their outlet in the machine, so as to eliminate obstacles in case of misshape bottles. Moreover it is equipped with the inlet spacer star to avoid the simultaneous introduction of two bottles into the same neck divider. It is also used the machine outlet conveyor which helps adjust to different heights o bottles. The adjustment is set manually by means of a simple hand wheel.

The machines are supplied with:

- motor driving unit with frequency variator controlled by inverter, with automatic speed control according to the bottle flow;

- level and pressure control of liquid in a filler bowl externally adjustable, electronic pressure switch to control the gas snifting and counter-pressure valves;

- electric control panel inclusive of PLC and all control and safety devices;

- height adjustment of the exit bottle conveyor;

- synchronization device of the exit bottle conveyor by inverter;

- set of dummy bottles, with manual application, for sterilization of the filler by closed circuit;

- equipment to handle one size of PET bottle including infeed starwheel and transfer stainless steel starwheels;

- safety guards, in accordance with 'CE' regulations, with frame in stainless steel and polycarbonate panels, with safety limit switch.
