Chain conveyors

Dimark is a progressive company whose main field of activity is designing and constructing the internal transport systems and conveyors in the automatic and semiautomatic lines.

Dimark company offers designing and manufacturing chain conveyors, adopted to transport:

- glass and PET bottles;

- jars;

- containers of different kinds.

Characteristic features of our conveyors:

- Conveyor’s construction is made of 3mm thick acid-resistant steel, what assures its stiffness and stability;

- Separating and mounting rods for bands with 16mm;

- World rank materials adjusted to the highest standards;

- Smooth regulation of gauge’s width and height of bands on which products are moving. It enables to transport bottles of wide range of diameter. The maximum width of product on one-lane conveyor is 102mm. It also allows convey bottles with wide neck, “big sip” type;

- Supports for height regulation of conveyors;

- Multi-lane conveyors ensure buffering of transported products (for example bottles), which guarantee ipso facto several times more efficient production lines in comparison with one-lane conveyors. Using such kind of conveyor also reduces distance between machines in a production line( production line becomes more ergonomic).

- Project and execution in compliance with European quality and safety norms.

Using acid-resistant chains and acetyl chains makes that it has a big resistant to high temperature. Its construction ensures quiet work of all conveyors.

Lubrication system

During the work of the line, the load of the full bottles has a big influence into the durability of the chain and also into drive and inactive wheels.
That is why we use lubricant system for chains. Injection nozzles for lubricant system and applicable scheme of acid-resistant tubes guarantee precise application of lubricant on the chain. It limits the usage of chain and decreases the noise limit.

Decrease of friction between the chain and slide also causes the decrease of energy consumption by the motoreductor. All of these parameters increase faultless work of conveyor and its resilienc e as well.
To lubricate, the lubricant-abstergents should be used.
Location of gutters and tubs under the conveyors ensures proper drain of the lubricant and other litters into the fixed place. The slope of the gutters makes the lubricant-abstergents drift to the tubs. These tubs have trigger valves by which the used lubricants and abstergents are drifting.

Our conveyors are most oftenequipped with SEW Eurodrive and SITI motors.

Cable channels (mesh or complete) can be placed on conveyors or on a special holder under conveyors, depending on Customer’s needs.
