Dimark sp. z o.o. is in the process of realizing the conveyor system for cartons/ pallets for Bielmar sp. z o.o.. The project includes a supply of receiving and palletizing lines, together with a control system which couples both lines and an overpass line. The conveyor system enables a complete execution of a palletizing process, starting from cartons’ transport from margarine production on tables where they are being palletized, till full wrapped pallets’ transport to a store. There will be Kawasaki robots implemented in a palletising line, which allow to attain an efficiency of 500 palets/ 24 hours.

Dimark sp. z o.o. was chosen as the Contractor of the complex Baggage Handling System for departures and arrivals, together with its integration with the Hold Baggage System for Warszawa- Modlin Airport. The contract was concluded with the General Contractor of the Passengers’ Terminal, which is the Consortium consisting of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. and Acciona Infraestructuras S.A. on 01st of April 2011. The project compounds a complete realization of the Baggage Handling System, including: design, execution, supply, assembly, commissioning and assuring its functionality in accordance with the requirements of The Order Specification.

First time in Poland- DCV system at Gdańsk Airport

On 13.09.2010 as the partner of the Consortium, Dimark sp. z o.o. concluded the contract with Gdańsk Aiport for the delivery of safety control system for passengers and baggage, which is to work on DCV system basis (Destination Coded Vehicle). It the first system of the kind in Poland that is to be implemented at the airport. Its main core are self driving vehicles with a system for the routing. Every baggage will be conveyed on a separate vehicle till a dedicated chute. We will keep you inform on a progress of this project. 

EDS system at Szczecin-Goleniów Airport- commissioned

On 14.07.2010 we put the EDS system for the control of registered baggage into operation at Szczecin Goleniów Aiport. The delivered system permits a 5- level safety control of registered baggage as well as an automatic detection and signaling by alarms of explosive materials placed in baggage, no matter of a material baggage is made of. It is the first time in Poland, the set for removing explosive materials and devices (‘bomb car’) at LEVEL 5 has been used. It enables to remove ‘danger baggage’, possible to contain explosive materials, safely outside the airport and to neutralize them. A gas- proof chamber of the set holds a number of detonations of 500 g of TNT equivalent, keeping its gas- proof condition and one detonation of min 1350 g of TNT equivalent, as a non gas-proof chamber.
